What Is Kelp/Bladderwrack?
Kelp is seaweed with air filled bladders that keep the plant afloat. Kelp is a brown seaweed that is kept afloat by its air filled bladders which grows in cool water on the northern coasts of the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.

Suggested Use:
As an herbal dietary supplement, take 1-2 full droppers daily with a meal. 1 dropper is equal to 1/4 teaspoon.
