What is Blue Cohosh?
Blue Cohosh is an herb that grows in the woods of the eastern United States and Canada. The plant has a blue stem with green leaves and blooms yellow flowers. The roots are rough, hints where it gets the name cohosh. Blue Cohosh is used in herbal teas and herbal extracts.
