Which Detox is right for you?
Choose one of the 4 detox options that is right for you:

Detoxification at it's most basic level cleanses the intestines.


Nutrients are absorbed through the lining of the intestines and when the lining becomes coated with fecal matter or mucous, nutrients don't get absorbed. 

​1. The Detox Pack:

For the healthy person: do once a year to stay that way.


Tips to get the max out of your detox:

1. Eat plenty of vegetables and stay away from mucous forming foods such as dairy products, breads, and sugars. Make sure to drink lots of alkaline water to help your body flush out the toxins the pack is removing.

2. To ease the burden even more, exercise moderatly 5-6 times a week to increase blood flow, oxygen, and sweat.


3. Other good ways to sweat and remove toxins are saunas and epsom salt baths. Both dry heat and infrared saunas can be helpful to help flush toxins through your skin and not just your kidneys and liver. Epsom salt baths do the same, however, you need to watch how much magnesium you are absorbing: take no more than 3 epsom salt baths a week. How to take an epsom salt bath: place 1 - 2 cups of epsom salt into a warm bath. Soak for about 15 minutes. Rinse/shower with warm fresh water to remove salts. Wrap yourself in a sheet and blanket and let the sweat pour out for 30 minutes. Shower as normal. (You can choose to skip the wrap self in sheet part and just shower as normal.)

4. Embrace a positive mental attitude. The liver products over 500 substances that regulate and control almost every bodily function. The liver is controlled by the pituitary gland and the pituitary glad is controlled by the mind. "As a man thinks, so is he." Good thoughts keep the liver functioning properly. Multiple studies have been done on its benefit. You can read more from the Mayo Clinic here. By having happy, healthy thoughts, you are actually helping to heal yourself!

5. Rest. Rest is a great healer and helps to show us the meaning and purpose for living. In order to be successful in life, whether it be with our health, family, or finances, we must do the most productive thing possible at every given moment. Sometimes the most productive thing to do at the time is to go fishing, take a vacation, read a book, day dream, or watch the birds. We need to stay in balance and resting helps us recalibrate and look at what is really important. "And on the seventh day...He rested...from all His work which He had done."

2. The Purify Pack:

The purify pack is designed for those who wish to detoxify the whole body, not just the colon and intestines.  

As with the other detoxes, make sure to drink lots of alkaline water to help flush out the toxins.

3. The Althernitve Therapy:

For a person whose pH is below 7.0 and has some health concerns.

Eat an 80% raw and alkaline diet along with the
INTESTINAL TUNE UP. Test your pH with strips (we prefer Micro Essential Labs pHydrion Vivid paper roll). Once your pH has reached the healthy level, 7.2 - 7.4, and stabilized, you can then maintain your health with a 60% alkaline diet. As with the DETOX PACK, make sure to drink lots of alkaline water to help flush out the toxins the therapy is removing.
